By using this service, website and/or grid you agree to the following...

YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER... NO EXCEPTIONS!

We provide you with the very best service we can. We do not give, share or sell any personal information
or any of your creations. We do not take or claim ownership of any of your creations. They are your creations
and yours alone to do with as you please. If you would like a copy of your region, we will send you one upon
written request using the form on the website free of charge. Additional copies of your region will be $10. per
copy after the first copy is received. Be sure and include your name and the region name. We do not give
refunds or exchanges.

We do not do automatic backups unless you request it. Backups can be made weekly or monthly
but will cost additional charges. Weekly or monthly backups are $10. per backup. Once payment is received,
we will backup and email you the download link within 24 hours. Be sure to include your name, email address and
the name of the region you want backed up.

We do not permit or tolorate copybotting, copybot browsers or the selling creations that belong to someone else
or from another grid. If you are the creator, then you can give or sell your own creations as you please.

We are not responsible for anything you see, do or download to your computer using our site and/or services.
We do NOT monitor you or others in any way so use at your own risk. We are not responsible for actions
of other people on our grid. If there is a problem, let us know and we will handle it immediately.

We are freedom of speech, freedom of expression, freedom of religion and freedom of the press.
We ask that you respect others and their privacy and we do not tolorate harassing others.
If someone is harassing you please let us know and we will investigate the matter and handle it appropriately,
fairly and quickly.

ALL RENTAL AND PRIM SALES ARE FINAL, INCLUDING ANY IN WORLD ITEMS. NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS. IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY,
